Bottles & Jars

Glass jars and plastic bottles for sauces, condiments and selected chemical or care products.

  • Inline indexing with interchangeable neck guides
  • Capping and induction-seal stations integrate downstream
  • Nozzle cut-off tuned for drip control above open mouths
  • Weight-control feedback per head available

Neck finish and jar shoulder geometry should be supplied at quotation stage; splash patterns differ strongly between glass and light-weight plastic.

Cups

Cup filling and sealing lines for sauces, paté and wet pet food with film-lid sealing.

  • Cup denesting and filling on a single indexing frame
  • Clean flange handling to protect seal integrity
  • Gravy and loaf components at separate stations
  • Quick cup-size changeover with guided tooling

Any product smear on the sealing flange destroys lid integrity — nozzle position and timing are validated during the sample test.

Trays & Boxes

Multi-component ready meals and family packs with inline tray sealing.

  • GTX particulate station plus GT-L liquid station on one conveyor
  • Shared recipe control keeps solids-to-liquid proportion
  • MAP-ready line coordination where specified
  • Indexing synchronised to existing tray sealers

Tray flange dimensions and compartment layout determine nozzle count; provide tray drawings early.

Pouches

Stand-up and flat pouches as a project-specific configuration.

  • Pouch handling and spout alignment specified per format
  • Particulate valve set for pouch opening geometry
  • Suitable for sauces, hotpot base and wet pet food
  • Integration with spouted or open-pouch sealing equipment

Pouch filling is engineered to order and must be specified at quotation stage — it is not a field retrofit on standard bottle lines.
