High-Viscosity & Particulate Filling Machine
Automatic servo-driven filling platform for high-viscosity products containing soft or chunky particles — butter-based hotpot base, chili sauce, meat sauces and wet pet food — across bottles, jars, cups and trays.
Quantitative parameters (filling range, speed, accuracy) are released only after a timed sample test with your product and containers. They are intentionally marked as pending technical confirmation.

Project-specific configuration
Design advantages
Particulate-safe dosing path with wide passages and minimised shear
Servo-driven piston control for repeatable, recipe-based dosing
Jacketed and agitated hopper options to keep butter-based products homogeneous
Quick-release, tool-light changeover between bottles, cups and trays
Food-grade stainless construction designed around CIP cleaning access
Selection boundaries
A responsible quotation names what a platform does not do. Use these boundaries to decide whether the GTX-1800 is the right starting point before requesting a sample test.
- Designed for high-viscosity and particulate products; free-flowing low-viscosity liquids should use the GT-L dosing series instead.
- Hard, sharp or abrasive inclusions require an application trial before model confirmation.
- Products with oversized particles larger than the valve passage cannot be guaranteed without a custom rotary-valve configuration.
- All throughput and filling-range figures are released only after product sample testing by the technical team.
- Carbonated products and products requiring aseptic sterile filling are outside the standard scope.
