Solutions
Solutions organised by what your product actually does
Three engineering tracks map product behaviour to filling technology — instead of forcing every application into one generic piston filler.
Viscous products with solid particles
GTX-1800 platform
For butter-based hotpot base, chunky chili sauce, meat ragù and wet pet food loaf. The dosing path is engineered around particle integrity and product homogeneity, with jacketed agitated hopper options.
- Wide-passage, low-shear valve geometry
- Jacketed hopper with agitation for fat matrices
- Bottles, jars, cups and trays; pouches on request
- Capacity released after timed sample testing
High-viscosity particle-free products
GTX-series configuration
For paté, pastes, creams and gels where consistency and clean nozzle cut-off dominate. The particulate valve can be substituted for a precision piston profile matched to viscosity.
- Servo piston profiles tuned to viscosity curves
- Anti-drip nozzle control for clean sealing rims
- Tool-light format changeover
- Hygienic chemical variants reviewed per compatibility chart
Free-flowing liquids and additive dosing
GT-L60 metered system
For brines, thin sauces and metered additives — standalone or synchronised with GTX fillers and tray sealers so multi-component products keep solids-to-liquid proportion.
- Flow-meter technology selected per product
- Multi-point synchronised dosing on one conveyor
- CIP-capable food-grade fluid path
- Dosing figures released after application review
Working method
From questionnaire to contract-attached parameters
No universal speed figures. Every quotation follows the same four-step confirmation path.
Application questionnaire
Viscosity behaviour, particle description, temperature, dose weights, container drawings and documentation requirements.
Platform proposal
Recommended series, valve and hopper configuration, line layout options and the boundary conditions of the design.
Timed sample test
Your product and containers run on the proposed configuration; range, speed, accuracy and particulate integrity are recorded.
Technical confirmation
Signed parameters attach to the purchase contract, with the export documentation pack defined before order placement.
Tell us your product and container — engineering will confirm the rest.
Share viscosity behaviour, particulate content and target formats. GrounTon responds with a platform proposal and a sample-test plan; capacity figures are released after testing rather than promised on a datasheet.
